Below are the descriptions for the clips.
"Awaken! Victory Leo" (Part 1 of 4)
Victory Leo throws a fit, Star Saber is being remade into a combiner, and
the Destrons (Decepticons) are at it again...
Technical details:
The source is a second-generation videotape, though of a much better quality than the Masterforce clips. The full-screen view looks fine at 1280X1024 resolution on my monitor, helped by the sharpen filter I applied to the video. I recommend watching it in 640X480 resolution.
Description of the events in the video:
After the commercial break with a super-deformed Star Saber is the preview. Victory Leo transforms from jet to robot and hammers Drillhorn in the gut repeatedly and then punches him in the head, sending him head first into the ground. A different sequence has Drillhorn carrying his Breastforce weapon, blasting away Holi's gun and rushing past into the energy facility with Killbison behind him. Victory Leo exchanges gunfire with Leozack, whom he later throws into the ground. Transforming to lion mode, he punches away Hellbat, Killbison, and Drillhorn, and fires from his twin shoulder cannons a burst that sends the retreating Leozack and Jargua flying into the ground. The episode title then shows up, flanked by Star Saber.
At the Cybertron rocket base, Galaxy Shuttle lifts off into the skies. A pink dandelion-like flower in the foreground is soon flanked by the red feet of Victory Leo, who looks down at it as some pink petals scattered by the blast off from another flower are floating down. Then he looks up at the disappearing Galaxy Shuttle, also being watched by the Multiforce robots Dashtacker and Wingwaver, and Jan and Holi.
An angry scream attracts their attention to Victory Leo, who is punching into a rocky boulder repeatedly with his right fist as an old Masterforce-era background tune plays. Leaping into the air, with his chest's V-logo glowing briefly, he comes down kicking at a rocky hill below. A large rifle materializes in a glow in his right hand. Taking aim, he unleashes its power, blasting the hill up during the quick scene cuts between him and it.
"Victory Leo!" calls Wingwaver, who wants to talk to him. However, he is taken aback at Victory Leo's tone and glowing blue optics. As the giant Cybertron (Autobot) runs off into the base, Wingwaver and Dashtacker wonder if this robot really was God Ginrai before leaving themselves, turning the question over to Jan and Holi. Rubbing his nose, the boy looks down sullenly at a pair of the dandelions blown back by the wind.
A scene change later inside the base, the Destron (Decepticon) logo pops up intermittently on a screen, alerting the Multiforce robot Machtackle. "Hmm?" He taps some buttons. As Wingwaver and Dashtacker enters, the latter asking him about it, he reports Destron activity in one area.
Meanwhile, in another room are Wheeljack, Perceptor, and Minerva with Star Saber, who is being watched by Jan and Holi. As a scanner lowers from the ceiling, Minerva and Perceptor are behind a blue screen, looking through the scanner at the X-ray-like vision of Star Saber. Moving the scanner along from the legs to the head and adjusting the magnification, they focus on an empty spot just behind the forehead's lower yellow rectangle. Perceptor decides it's the best place to put the combiner technology unit. Looking at each other, their attention is drawn to Wingwaver, who appears on a monitor (the same one God Ginrai had used to show his chosen form, by the way) informing Star Saber about events. Just as Wingwaver is suggesting that the Multiforce be sent out on this mission, Star Saber says to hold on ("Ma-te"), he is going to send Victory Leo instead. Wingwaver isn't too pleased with this as the clip ends with a scene change.
"Awaken! Victory Leo" (Part 2 of 4)
Though the Multiforce Cybertrons don't trust him, Victory Leo soundly
defeats Guyhawk and saves Jan and Holi from the Destrons. Unfortunately
his shootout with Leozack prevents him from going into the energy plant
after them.

Description of the events in the video:
Hidden within the shadows of the room, Victory Leo asks what Star Saber (the "Soushireikan" (commander, leader, or Prime if you will)) wants. Star Saber wants Victory Leo to investigate this latest Destron activity at a geothermal energy plant, and says Jan and Holi will go with him. This latter part surprises the two. Jan even seems shocked. However, the Cybertron commander trusts Victory Leo, who acknowledges the order.
Holi transforms into his police car mode and waits as Jan gets in. Victory Leo transforms into jet mode and flies out through the main passageway, which slides inwards after having given him and Holi a speed boost outwards. Back at the base the three Multiforce robots aren't too happy with Victory Leo getting the assignment. They don't trust him as much as Star Saber does.
With a smoking mountain in the background behind a city, two Breastforce robots Guyhawk and Hellbat are talking, while a pair of the dandelions looms prominently in the foreground. Guyhawk suddenly notices something flying overhead, identified as Victory Leo by Hellbat. Deciding to challenge the newest Cybertron, Guyhawk transforms and follows behind, announcing his challenge. Hellbat himself turns to the camera to confide that he doesn't think that was a good idea. ^_^ Guyhawk separately fires two pairs of missiles, which miss. Coming around into a frontal confrontation, Victory Leo unleashes a barrage from his gatling cannons underneath, slicing into Guyhawk's wings and fins. Groaning in pain, he dives down, but meets a pair of Victory Leo's twin cannons' bombs which electrify him. Falling, he transforms and collapses onto the grass. Popping his head up and apparently giving him a I-told-you-so, Hellbat says "Bye-Bye!" and leaves. ^_^
As the narrator gives some background, the smoke turns out to be from the geothermal energy plant, which is in a large forest. Holi drives up and transforms after Jan gets out. Wondering where Victory Leo is now, they find themselves back to back to each other and surrounded by Killbison the tank, Jargua the dune buggy, and Drillhorn the drill tank, who all transform. Though Holi has materialized his gun, the three Breastforce robots aren't concerned.
Suddenly blasts from the sky send the three backing away, with Drillhorn crashing into a tree. It's Victory Leo! Transforming to robot mode, he bounces off Jargua and Killbison, who were just getting up again, and lands. "Victory Leo!" Jan calls out. Holi tells the boy that they two should head for the entrance and guard it. Meanwhile, Victory Leo keeps punching Drillhorn in the gut before landing a right fist on the head, sending the Destron crashing face-first into the ground. As the Cybertron prepares to continue his assault, Leozack flies in firing and transforms. Focusing his Breastforce weapon's scope on Victory Leo, Leozack tells Drillhorn to hurry into the plant and get the energy. Victory Leo puts up his arms to deflect Leozack's shots and then draws his rifle and fires. Leozack hides behind a tree for cover and then moves around returning fire.
A symbol switch later Holi and Jan are in front of the geothermal plant's entrance, not noticing a pair of gun barrels peeking out from the bushes. The blasts from Drillhorn and Killbison overwhelm Holi, who loses his gun and falls as they break into the building. Jan rounds the corner to tell Victory Leo, but he is still busy exchanging fire with Leozack. Coming back as the two Breastforce robots run in, Jan asks Holi if he's okay. The Micromaster says they have to stop the Destrons from getting the energy, so he gets up and decides to go in alone after them. "Ma-te (Wait)! Holi!" shouts Jan, who apparently goes in after him.
Hellbat shows up near Leozack, who asks him what happened to Guyhawk. Hellbat says that Victory Leo took him out. Leozack then orders him to join the others in getting the energy.
Inside the plant, Holi is wondering where the Destrons are when Drillhorn opens fire, chasing after him. Laughing a bit when he traps him, Drillhorn fires. The unseen aftereffect has Holi hollering. Hearing this, Jan turns around, apparently sees something surprising, and shouts, "Holi!"
The commercial break with a super-deformed Deszaras ends this clip.
"Awaken! Victory Leo" (Part 3 of 4)
After a commercial for Victory Saber, Leozack and Jargua gain an advantage
over Victory Leo, preventing him from responding to Star Saber's alert that
Jan and Holi are in trouble inside the plant. Despite protests from
Wingwaver, Star Saber goes ahead with the implementation of the combiner
modifications.

Description of the events in the video:
This commercial happens to show up here, so it's included. It's for the Victory Leo, Star Saber, and Victory Saber figures. It begins with a drawing of Star Saber holding his sword as a yellow "V" appears and shrinks into the Transformers: Victory logo. Roaring, the Victory Leo figure runs into view in winged lion mode and transforms to robot mode. The Star Saber figure then appears, his blade glowing blue. Victory Leo splits up into three parts. Two body halves become feet pads for Star Saber, while the wing backpack snaps onto his back and the large rifle plugs into his right arm, completing Victory Saber. The commercial ends with "Transformer--Victory Saber--for you."
After a commercial break ending sequence with the super-deformed Dinoforce and Dinoking, it turns out that Jan is facing Hellbat, who is right in front of him! Laughing, Hellbat tries to squash-punch the boy, who dodges and runs off with the Destron in pursuit.
Meanwhile Drillhorn tries to shoot Holi, who avoids the shots but then falls. Then the Destron fires around at the walls and ceiling, burying Holi in the fragments and leaving only the lefthand fingers showing. A scene switch later Jan happens to run into the same room, where he trips over a piece and is knocked out when a fragment drops on his head. Looking over the scene, Hellbat locks the door to the room.
Outside Leozack shouts, "Breast attack!" Catching Victory Leo by surprise, his chest plate detaches, transforms into a winged lion, and bites on the Cybertron's left arm. Falling, he gets another biting treatment, followed by a kick from Leozack himself that slams him back against the ground. Landing, Leozack retrieves his lion, who transforms back into a gun and fires. Rolling out of the way, Victory Leo finds himself now also under assault from Jargua's dune buggy missiles.
Inside the building Jan regains consciousness, finding the door closed. A moaning sound from the wreckage draws his attention to someone underneath it whose fingers are showing: "Holi...Holi!" Pulling a piece away just over Holi's head, Jan asks the still conscious Micromaster about his communications unit, which is on the right arm.
Back at the Cybertron base a spherical object, the combiner unit, is being lowered. Star Saber's yellow forehead rectangle splits opens in half for installation. He and Perceptor talk for a bit when Wingwaver approaches, telling them about the situation. Failing to contact Jan and Holi, Star Saber tries contacting Victory Leo. Still in battle with Leozack, Victory Leo gets the message but couldn't respond as he puts up his arms to block the blasts. Wingwaver tries to dissuade Star Saber from going through with this plan to allow the Cybertron commander to merge with Victory Leo. Still believing God Ginrai is somewhere inside Victory Leo's mind, though, Star Saber proceeds with the installation of the combiner unit.
"Awaken! Victory Leo" (Part 4 of 4)
Remembering his past identity and memories as Ginrai, Victory Leo charges
in for the rescue and sends the Destrons sprawling. The modifications to
Star Saber are completed...

Description of the events in the video:
Pursued by Jargua and his dune buggy mode's red missiles, which he dodges, Victory Leo finds his path ahead blocked by Leozack and his gun. Leaping into the air, he avoids more of the missiles and lands a kick into Leozack's gut. Dropping his gun, Leozack receives a blow to the left side of his head from Victory Leo's right arm that sends him crashing onto the ground. When he gets back up again, he sees Victory Leo's rifle pointed right at his head. Rolling up, Jargua transforms and wonders what he is going to do now that the Cybertron has a hostage.
Their attention is drawn suddenly to the plant, whose smokestacks have emitted steam, which is also coming out through joints in the pipes. Inside, Jan and Holi, who is still trapped under the wreckage, notice this too. Covering his head from an electrical explosion nearby, he yells through Holi's communications unit for Victory Leo. Seated down at the end of the Cybertron's rifle, Leozack wonders and asks him if he is going to rescue his fellow Cybertrons. Their conversation turning heated, though, Victory Leo shoves his rifle right against Leozack's neck.
His attention is drawn back when Jan continues talking, apparently trying to get him to remember who he was. Against an audio that sounds similar to the background tune for the Matrix of Leadership, images of God Ginrai flicker over him, along with the pink dandelion somehow tied into his memories of Jan running up to him. Puzzling over them, he brings his left hand to his head and inadvertently withdraws his rifle from Leozack, who tries to get up but stays put when the Cybertron remembers him. Jan then mentions "Ginrai", a name which starts to piece things together, including his memory of the boy running up, calling out, "Ginrai-san!" The pieces suddenly fit. "Jan...Jan!..."
Jargua suddenly lands a flying kick into Victory Leo's head, making him drop his rifle. Picking it up, Leozack slams it against the recovering Cybertron's back. Nevertheless, Victory Leo shoves his left foot into Jargua in front of him, grabs Leozack's right arm, and throws him into the ground. Transforming to winged lion mode ("Transform!"), he runs into the geothermal plant, where Hellbat, Drillhorn, and Killbison are loading up crates of collected energon. Tearing into their room, his paws hit Hellbat and Killbison, and his right wing knocks Drillhorn to the floor with the others. Continuing onwards, Victory Leo breaks into a room and transforms, picking up Jan gently in his right hand. "Victory Leo!" the boy says. Asking in a very Ginrai way if he's okay ("...daijobu..."), Jan mentions Holi, whom Victory Leo plucks out through the suddenly dusty wreckage and asks him the same thing.
A scene change later has Victory Leo in winged lion mode running out of the plant and stopping to lower Holi and Jan onto the ground when Leozack's and Jargua's spears land in front of them. Readying a spinning chain, Leozack throws it, but the lion jumps over it and charges. Bringing his shoulder cannons downward, the lion unleashes a pair of grenades which explode on the ground and sends the two screaming and flying forward. Holding onto his damaged left arm, Leozack transforms and flies off. Impressed, Jan calls out Victory Leo's name as Holi lowers him to the ground.
Another scene change later to the Cybertron base, Jan aboard his hoverboard is enthusiastic about Victory Leo regaining his memories, telling it all to Star Saber as Holi stands by. The yellow rectangle covers close with the combiner unit inside, flashing while pistons above it are pumping like a heart would. Perceptor then states that it's done. The biobed covers slide away from Star Saber's body, which seems totally unchanged to the puzzled Jan and Holi. Getting up and opening and closing his right fist, Star Saber stands up as Jan hovers around in front of him, wondering. The Cybertron leader's report that he's now okay cheers the boy up a lot. ^_^
As a victorious military tune plays, Victory Leo is smiling as he sits gazing down at the pink dandelions outside the base. Star Saber appears behind him, congratulating him and nodding when Victory Leo turns to see him. They shake hands and look out over the field, with Holi and the three Multiforce robots behind them, as the episode ends with a pan from the base upwards to the mountain and the sunset beyond.
Returning from a commercial break ended with a super-deformed Jan and Holi, the show introduces the preview for the next Victory episode. A missile falls through the sky, followed by scenes of Jan, Minerva, Victory Leo in winged lion mode running wildly past the Dinoforce commander Goryu, and Victory Leo contorting his face angrily in a way similar to the original Megatron. ^_^; With electrical energy swirling around both Star Saber and Victory Leo, they transform into jets. Deszaras punches their combined robot mode, Victory Saber, who dishes it back just as well before kicking him away. As the narrator reveals the title, Victory Saber stands with his rifle at his side and arth in the background. Deszaras in dragon mode fires a pair of bombs which explode harmlessly against the arms of Victory Saber, who unleashes a devastating pair of beams from his twin shoulder cannons as the clip ends.
