Below are the descriptions for the clips.
"The Destron Fortress Resurrected" (Part 1 of 2)
Deszaras' mighty huge space fortress makes its first appearance in the Victory
series, together with the history behind it and Deszaras himself. As the Destrons
attempt to re-energize it, the Cybertrons are traveling home from Planet Micro.

Description of the events in the video:
After the commercial break with a super-deformed Star Saber is the preview to the episode. Deszaras is seen in space leaping off from his ship Thunder Arrow (aka Skystalker outside of Japan) carrying his shield and his Breastforce tiger partner in its longbow mode. Star Saber fires multiple quick blasts at him from different angles, and they get into a sword fight, with Star Saber's Saber blade against Deszaras' materializing Saracen sword. Deszaras transforms into his dragon mode and fires his huge Gun-From-Hell, (^_^) hitting Star Saber. A rotating device can be seen moving along. With a cut across his chest, Star Saber tries to get up to an 'upright' position when Deszaras slams his left foot against his head as he prepares to blast him again with the Gun. The title scene shows up next with Deszaras holding his sword.
The episode finally begins. Galaxy Shuttle is transporting the human Jan and the Micromaster Rescue Patrol from Planet Micro back to Earth, accompanied by Star Saber. As the Micromasters watch the planet fade away on their viewscreen, Holi is teased about his relationship with the female Micromaster Clipper, seen in the heart as Holi was dragged away. Exasperated, Holi shuts off the viewscreen as they continue on their way. ;)
After the logo change is a view of the Destron ship Thunder Arrow approaching an apparently starless area in space. Deszaras is sitting on his throne with a flash of red light across his eyes as the Dinoforce leader Goryu reports to him.
After yet another logo change, Goryu and the other Dinoforce members in their robot forms show their immense surprise at the extremely huge object within the black area of space, with Thunder Arrow a mere white speck compared to it. Deszaras proudly explains it to his Destrons as his space fortress. The ship continues onward into the dark inner bowels of the fortress toward a juncture point between two opposing peaks.
Deszaras is now outside on Thunder Arrow, ordering the energy the Destrons had collected in previous episodes to be released into that juncture point. As the energy flow continues, the fortress' central controller comes online. Though the Dinoforce were puzzled when nothing apparently happened after the flow had stopped, they celebrate when the fortress' computers and lights turn on. After a few seconds of waiting to be certain that this is not a fluke, Deszaras starts laughing evilly until the fortress' central controller turns off and shuts down everything else on board, surprising the Dinoforce. Apparently even more energy is needed to fully revitalize the fortress.
As Deszaras reminisces about the good old days, his Saracen sword materializes into his hand as he holds it up, screaming Star Saber's name as a curse. What follows is a flashback to when the fortress was still active, seen in its full glory as the camera pans back and back and back. A large army of Cybertrons led by Star Saber zoomed in and attacked, facing off against Deszaras and his Destron troops with a massive exchange of gunfire. Casualties can be seen floating in the vicinity. Deszaras personally faced off against Star Saber in a sword fight, until Star Saber apparently got a signal from the others that their 'plan' was ready. He put away his sword, and leapt away from the fortress from Deszaras' last strike with the other Cybertrons as he pressed a button activating the 'plan'. The 'plan' apparently was to attach several large devices to the fortress that would send the fortress into a dark void when turned on. "Nani? (What?)" was Deszaras' reaction as the 'plan' went into effect. He vowed to return and take his revenge on Star Saber someday as the fortress disappeared into the starless void, drained of energy.
Apparently he repeated his vow after the end of the flashback, which left Goryu and fellow Dinoforce member Kakuryu crying in sympathy. ^_^ Yokuryu, another Dinoforce member, then shows up to report that Star Saber is nearby, apparently missing the flashback. This report enrages Deszaras as his wings spread out, scaring the Dinoforce, as he shouts, "STAR SABER!"
After a scene change, Galaxy Shuttle and Star Saber are still traveling in space when Star Saber picks up something on his radar behind them. From out of nowhere a barrage of weapon fire hits them. As Star Saber moves around to intercept, Thunder Arrow is revealed as the source of the barrage. They exchange fire. While Star Saber passes by the ship, Deszaras pops out from the top and lands directly on him. "Hahahahahahaha! Shine (Die)," Deszaras says before the commercial break with Deszaras appears.
"The Destron Fortress Resurrected" (Part 2 of 2)
Deszaras wages a violent deadly fight against Star Saber, while
Thunder Arrow and the Dinoforce comically attack Galaxy Shuttle,
Jan, and the Micromaster Rescue Patrol.

Description of the events in the video:
After the commercial break with the Dinoforce, we return to Deszaras riding on Star Saber, preparing to hit his front jet portion with an arrow from his tiger partner's longbow form. Star Saber separates himself from the jet boosters and fires at Deszaras. He dodges the blasts and draws a pair of blades from his dragon wings, while Star Saber draws out his Saber blade. The Destron lashes out with strikes at a furious rate, with the Cybertron blocking them, as the Cybertrons inside Galaxy Shuttle watch.
"Soushireikan!" (which means "leader", or "Prime" if you want to) cries out the human Jan. After comments from Holi next to him, they prepare to fire at Deszaras with Galaxy Shuttle's armaments. However, the Destron ship Thunder Arrow appears in their scope at the last minute and gives them a battle of their own, with Dinoforce leader Goryu in command.
Meanwhile, Star Saber has sent Deszaras' wing blade flying away and taken a swipe at Deszaras' shield. The Destron czar materializes his Saracen sword and attacks. The Cybertron commander blocks it, and gives Deszaras one mighty kick away while he apparently orders Jan to escape, which the human is reluctant to do.
After an exchange of fire between the two ships, Goryu orders a tube to be set up with Galaxy Shuttle during the recharge period, cutting a hole in the side and stopping him. The tube apparently draws off energy from the shuttle, preventing him from charging up his weapons. As the Dinoforce open up their side of the ship to charge across the tube, Holi tells the other to get ready as the Destrons approach.
Meanwhile, the two faction commanders charge at each other, striking their swords together. Star Saber fires some blasts from his left arm which Deszaras blocks with his wing like a cape, while striking again with his Saracen sword. He then calls out "Breast attack!" to change his outer chestplate into a charging tiger at Star Saber, and calls out "Breast attack!" again to send his eagle scratching the distracted Star Saber's head. While the tiger chews at his right leg, his enemy summons a spiked chainball to throw its chain around his right arm. Chuckling, Deszaras moves in for the kill, whacking his Saracen sword into the Cybertron's left side repeatedly to cut him in half, and laughing as electricity flies out from the strikes.
Back at the shuttle, Jan and the Micromasters had piled up a roadblock against the incoming assault and picked up some weapons. Just as the Dinoforce come into range, the Cybertrons attack, throwing various debris in their roadblock at the Dinoforce. Goryu orders them to charge again. They break through, but the Cybertrons hold some of them off while one of them, the red fire truck (known outside Japan as Red Hot), blasts Goryu and his team back to Thunder Arrow with a _massive_ gush of water down the tube. As expected, Goryu is incensed. ^_^
Nearby Deszaras continues cutting the Cybertron commander in half. Blasting some air from his chest vents, he shouts out "Transform!" to drive off the attackers and get away in superjet mode. As he comes back, Deszaras flies toward him on a collision course and gives him one mighty whack with his sword, laughing as Star Saber transforms back to robot behind him with a large, deadly slash across the chest with flashing energy. The Destron czar then calls out "Transform!" to change into his dragon mode and summon his really huge, deadly Gun-From-Hell. (^_^) Using his wings, he charges the gun up to an insane energy level and lets loose with its massive payload, hitting the suffering Star Saber in that same spot on his chest.
"Soushireikan!" Holi calls out, apparently watching the battle from the shuttle after driving off the Dinoforce. However, the shuttle is now threatened by a bomb which the Destrons sent off from Thunder Arrow along the tube. Just then Jan remembers that the shuttle's grapplers would still work despite the energy drain, and sets off to activate and operate them. Galaxy Shuttle's payload doors open, revealing the grapplers, as Goryu and his team wonder what the human is up to. Jan has the grapplers pick up a large cable and starts tying a knot around the energy tube.
At the same time, Deszaras finishes his continuous blast from the Gun. "Transform!" he says, as the Gun disappears, only to rematerialize again in his hands, with cables coming out from Deszaras himself and plugging into the Gun as he chuckles. As Star Saber tries to move into an upright position, the Destron slams his left foot resting against the Cybertron's head and laughs.
At the shuttle Jan continues tying the knot with the grapplers while the bomb continues along the tube toward Galaxy Shuttle, and finally finishes it just in time. "Yatta! (Yes!)" he shouts out. The Dinoforce, apparently thinking that the bomb would just widen the knot, start scrambling when the bomb slides back toward Thunder Arrow, accidentally closing the doors around two of their own members before they actually close them. The bomb breaks through the doors, rebounding with the Dinoforce throughout the ship, before it breaks out through near the back and leaves behind some badly injured Destrons. The energy-draining tube's collapse leads to a celebration on Galaxy Shuttle.
However, their commander is still in deep trouble. Laughing, Deszaras points his Gun at Star Saber's head. After saying "Shine! (Die!)" he pulls the trigger, just as Galaxy Shuttle comes rushing in, with Holi calling out "Soushireikan!" as the shuttle unleashes a barrage at Deszaras. Apparently unaffected, Deszaras turns his Gun at the shuttle, sending a massive blast which scorches the transport. Star Saber is alarmed, calling out "Jan! Holi!" when Deszaras turns the Gun's barrel back toward him, saying something right before everything becomes a frightening shade of blue, and pulls the trigger again. The Gun's blast speeds out, but peters out right before hitting Star Saber's head. "Nani?!" shouts Deszaras, as he keeps pulling on the trigger with no result until the Gun dematerializes. He then tries to summon his Saracen sword, but it fails to materialize. Apparently he has no more spare energy for his weapons. Just then Thunder Arrow flies unsteadily overhead, with the Dinoforce in bad shape. Star Saber apparently regains control over his body and gets up, but Deszaras dismisses the Cybertron's words, and laughs as he retreats back to his ship, with Galaxy Shuttle coming by the Cybertron with Jan and the Micromasters on top. As the episode ends, Star Saber rides home on Galaxy Shuttle as an image of Deszaras looms ahead.
After the commercial break with Jan and Holi is a commerical for the Star Saber figure. The front jet portion separates from the booster and combines with it. His Brainmaster pilot goes into his chest compartment and forms Star Saber's smaller face when his chestplates close up, followed by his larger battle helmet coming over the head from his back. Surrounded by explosions, Star Saber draws his sword as the ad comes to an end with Deszaras' appearance and transformation.
Following the commercials is a preview of the next Victory episode. The Destrons are after an energy production facility and blasting away as Star Saber and his Cybertrons arrive to stop them. The Destron Breastforce combiner Liokaiser swoops down from the air, driving a pike into the Cybertron Brainmaster cars combiner Road Caesar's right leg and knocking him down. Dinoforce leader Goryu shows up next, followed by the Breastforce, and then Liokaiser surrounded in energy. Star Saber dodges Liokaiser's shots as he heads for a tower to prevent it from falling on the people down below until they are evacuated. The title, roughly translated as "The Power of Rage", shows up, as the preview ends with Star Saber pointing his sword into the sky and summoning energy into a massive bolt.
